WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Limited Warranty Duration

This limited warranty ("Warranty") covers your used appliance for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period").

2. Warranty Coverage

During the Warranty Period, we will replace, at our sole discretion, any parts or components of the used appliance that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions. This Warranty covers functional defects only and does not extend to cosmetic defects or damages.

3. Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic defects, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or other non-functional blemishes.

Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Damage caused by acts of nature, including but not limited to lightning, flood, fire, or other natural disasters.

Consumable parts such as filters, bulbs, or batteries.

4. Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your appliance is covered by this Warranty and requires replacement, please follow these steps:

5. Delivery Fee for Returns

Customers are responsible for all the costs of returning the items back to our store. This includes all shipping and delivery fees. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the return shipping process. Please package the appliance securely to prevent any damage in transit.

6. Warranty Services;

  • If an appliance is repairable, we will send a technician to inspect and fix it at no additional cost to the customer.
  • If an exchange is preferred, or if the customer is not satisfied with the repair, we can offer an exchange with another compatible product.
  • Should the customer decide to return the item, they can do so at their own expense. Alternatively, we can facilitate the return for a fee of $90.

7. Refund

If we are unable to provide a compatible replacement product, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price of the appliance, excluding any shipping or delivery fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this Warranty is limited to the replacement or refund as described above. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the appliance.

9. Warranty Transferability

This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the used appliance.

10. Exchange Service for Customers Outside 35km Radius

  • For purchases made outside of a 35km radius from our store, we offer an exchange service with a compatible product if the appliance is covered under this Warranty.
  • We will cover up to $90 of the delivery fee for the exchange. If the calculated delivery fee exceeds $90, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
  • If the customer opts to return the item instead of exchanging it, they must cover all delivery fees as calculated by the company. Alternatively, the customer can return the item at their own expense.

11. Misusage Fee

In cases where misusage of the appliance is detected, a fee of $80 will be charged for a technician's visit. This fee applies after the first two weeks from the date of receiving the appliance. During the first two weeks, no fee will be charged for a technician's visit if misusage is detected.
