Return Policy

At The Home Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a  return policy.

For all items, we offer a 90-day warranty period starting from the day of delivery.  These warranties are in addition to any manufacturer's warranty that may apply.

If you need to return an item, please contact us within the warranty period to initiate the return process. If you would like to make an exchange, the delivery free is waived. However for refunds, an additional shipping fee may be applied. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all parts and accessories included. The receipt must be provided. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item is not in its original condition.
